Welcome to KC (Know Connections)! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KC (Know Connections) website, mobile applications, and services provided by ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Use of Services

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
Account Responsibilities: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Activities: Do not use our services for unlawful or fraudulent activities. Avoid interfering with or disrupting the website/app operation. Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Caller ID Information (Android app only): If you choose to turn on Caller ID, the app receives the phone number of an incoming call when your phone rings. To do this, it asks for Android's call log and phone state permissions, and the "display over other apps" permission to show the caller's details on screen. The incoming number is sent securely to our servers only to check whether it belongs to someone in your Know Connections network. If it does, the app shows that person's name, company, and your own notes about them. The app does not read, upload, or store your call history, call recordings, or SMS messages. Incoming phone numbers are not stored after the lookup and are not used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than showing caller details to you. Caller ID is optional. The app explains the feature and asks for your permission before turning it on.

2. Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our website.
Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Users are responsible for taxes based on their location.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by VRUDDHIMAN CONSULTANTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

4. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our policy.

5. Caller ID Feature

Optional: Caller ID is an optional feature of the KC Android app. It is turned on only if you choose to enable it and grant the required permissions (call log, phone state, and display over other apps). You can turn it off at any time by removing these permissions in your phone's Settings.
How it works: When your phone rings, the app checks the incoming phone number against your Know Connections network and, if a match is found, shows that person's name, company, and your notes on screen. Details of how this information is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy: Caller details are based on information in the Know Connections network and may be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. We do not guarantee that every caller will be identified or that the details shown will be accurate.
Availability: Caller ID depends on your device, Android version, network connection, and permissions, and may not work on all devices. It is not available on iOS. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the feature at any time.
Responsible use: You agree to use Caller ID only for lawful purposes and not to use the caller information shown to harass, track, or contact any person unlawfully.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VRUDDHIMAN CONSULTANTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.
